Month 1 -3
Proficiency in everyday dentistry, treatment planning, patient communication, leadership, day-to-day operations of owning a practice
and business basics.
Delivering patient care at a busy practice 5 days a week under the owner's direct supervision while learning the day-to-day. Enjoy the free luxury resident housing with the best view of downtown Nashville.
Month 4-6
Proficiency in advanced procedures, such as endo and wisdom teeth. Learning about marketing, demographic analysis, location scouting and other advanced topics related to the business of dentistry.
Daily exposure to more advanced procedures; learn from the owner by watching POV style videos and immediately doing them after; gain significant clinical confidence through high reps. After a busy week of clinic, enjoy the weekend with curated social events at a private 10 acre estate.
Month 7-9
Proficiency in implant placement, soft tissue graft, bone graft and many other advanced surgical procedures. Learning about the pros and cons of doing a start-up vs buying an existing practice.
Spend one week learning from the top periodontist in Florida in an immersive environment; getting exposure to specialty workflow, business model in a different state and network. Visit one of the nicest beaches in Florida to cap off a great week plus offshore fishing.
Month 10-12
Almost at the finish line. Whatever help is needed to get you to own your own practice. Life long friendships have formed and this will be one of the most transformative years of your life.
